Victoria Sponge

Method

1. 01

   Cream Butter and Sugar, add Eggs.

2. 02

   Fold in Flour, Baking Powder. Add Milk.

3. 03

   Bake in two tins at 180°C for 25 min.

4. 04

   Cool, sandwich Jam and Cream, dust with Icing Sugar.
