Who we are

This is a personal family website for sharing recipes and private photo albums. It is run by us, not a company, and we only handle the small amount of data needed to keep the gallery private and the comments working.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your email address, display name, and profile picture. If you request gallery access, we also store the name and message you submit. If you post comments or heart a recipe or album, those are stored alongside your account. We don't collect analytics, run ads, or track you across other sites.

How it's used

Your email identifies you when deciding who may view the private gallery, your name and picture appear next to your comments, and we may email you about your access request. We never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

Where it lives

Account and comment data is stored in our own database on a server in Germany. The site itself is served by Vercel and Cloudflare, and any emails we send go through Resend. Photos are hosted by Google Photos.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to delete everything we hold about you. Email contact@benicja.com.
