Shortbread

Classic buttery shortbread, soft and crumbly.

Method

  1. 01

    Preheat oven to 170°C.

  2. 02

    Mix Butter, Sugar, (Vanilla). Stir in Flour, form dough.

  3. 03

    Press into tin, prick, sprinkle Sugar.

  4. 04

    Bake 25–35 min.
