Pierogi

Polish pierogi with a variety of savoury or sweet fillings.
Method
- 01
Dough: Mix Flour, Water, Oil, Salt. Rest 30 min.

Spinach filling: Sauté Spinach, Garlic, Oil, Salt, Pepper. Add Feta.

Meat filling: Sauté Onion, mix with Beef, Oil, Salt, Pepper.

Roll dough, cut, fill, seal.

Boil until floating. Optionally fry in Butter.
