Lemon Cake

A moist and zesty lemon (and lime) cake.
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour cake tin.

Cream Butter and Sugar. Beat in Eggs, one at a time.

Stir in Vanilla Sugar, Lemon and Lime Zest.

Add Flour alternately with Cream. Mix until just combined.

Bake 40–50 min. Cool and drizzle with Lemon-Lime Icing if desired.
