Ingredients

• 1 Lemon
• 1 Lime
• 4 Eggs
• 200ml Cream
• 125g Butter
• 300g Plain Flour
• 200g Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour cake tin.
2. Cream Butter and Sugar. Beat in Eggs, one at a time.
3. Stir in Vanilla Sugar, Lemon and Lime Zest.
4. Add Flour alternately with Cream. Mix until just combined.
5. Bake 40–50 min. Cool and drizzle with Lemon-Lime Icing if desired.
