Kladdkaka

A gooey Swedish chocolate cake.

Method

  1. 01

    Grease and dust tin. Melt Butter, let cool.

  2. 02

    Whisk Eggs, Sugar, then stir in Butter, Cocoa, Vanilla Sugar, Salt, Flour.

  3. 03

    Bake at 180°C for 15–20 min.

  4. 04

    Cool, dust with Sugar, serve with Cream, Berries.
