Gosia's Meringue Cake

Meringue, cream and berries cake. But as a warning: it will not last long.

Method

  1. 01

    Whip Egg Whites, Salt, gradually add Sugar to stiff peaks. Fold in Starch, Vinegar.

  2. 02

    Pipe onto lined tray. Bake at 110°C for 90 min.

  3. 03

    Whip Cream, fold in Mascarpone, Smoothie.

  4. 04

    Layer with Fruit, chill.
