Baba Ghanoush Lasagne

A fusion lasagne with baba ghanoush, aubergine, and beef.
Method

Roast Aubergines, blend with Tahini, Lemon, Garlic, Salt, Paprika for baba ghanoush.

Brown Beef, Onion, season with Salt, Pepper, Thyme.
- 03
Layer: Sheets, Baba Ghanoush, Beef, Mozzarella. Repeat.

Top with Buffalo Mozzarella.
- 05
Bake at 180°C, 35–40 min.
